We also want to ensure that each process is operator friendly. We have solutions to mitigate scrap due to operator error. Examples of this would be utilizing the spindle probe, and or utilizing Macro B programming.
Communication is provided through out each project until we reach the end goal. Remote support is provided when working through any and all challenges. We are finished when repeatability, stability and operator friendly production is achieved. Our method of communication is video, voice, text and email. We charge a flat fee for each project.
