Remote Support
RemKho Dynamics offers cnc programming and the necessary support and communication to achieve a stable, repeatable and operator friendly process that meets customer standards. Our priority is to optimize production, and it holds true for every customer project. We quote a flat rate per project. Once we’ve come to an agreement, the project begins and it ends when a stable production process is achieved. Communication and support are prioritized for each project up until this point.
We provide the complete CAM program along with the NC program that will be structured and built to customer specification and/or shop standards.
CAD/CAM Software And G-Code
RKD Programmers use Mastercam and/or Siemens NX for all programming, fixture design, assembly and machine simulation. We can use SolidWorks as well if requested.
Complete production programs can be structured to costumer/shop standards. This includes building main programs to call posted subroutines, utilizing macro b if requested and spindle probe programming for picking up work offsets, in process probing for part misload check. We offer two secure programming workflows to fit your operation.
Flexible CAM Programming Options
Remote Programming on Your Systems. We securely remote into your workstation and program directly inside your licensed CAM software (Mastercam, Siemens NX, etc.). This keeps everything native to your post processor, machine definitions, and internal workflows.
The other option is off-site programming using our licensed software. We program your parts using our in-house CAM software and deliver complete, production-ready files, including toolpaths, tool lists, setup sheets and shop documentation.
This flexibility allows us to integrate seamlessly with your shop. Without disrupting your existing systems.
