Blaine was born and raised in NH and currently resides near the southern part of the state. He enjoys spending time with his family, doing outdoor activities and creating memories. He is passionate about continuous improvement and learning especially when it comes to the manufacturing industry. Blaine has found that approaching manufacturing with an open mind and the willingness to learn, grow and apply the knowledge has benefitted himself, as well as the business. His goal is to grow a business that plays a part in helping America produce more of their own parts and to become a staple for shop owners across the United States. He has 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. His experience includes high precision aerospace manufacturing, as well as high part count production style. From programming multi-axis high end cnc mill/turn machines, to programming for production numbers and making programs operator friendly and bullet proof.
